Qualifications

• A four-year degree in business administration or health care administration is required.
• Six or more years of experience in radiology services and management is preferred.
• Understanding contracting and working with medical groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs all aspects of the practice’s clinical operations and ensures alignment with strategy.
• Monitors quality assurance programs and ensures compliance.
• Develops business relationships with contracting managers and medical groups.
• Promotes the company’s vision and achieves targeted volumes for the business unit.
• Manages teams and budgets; analyzes performance against budgets and drives productivity.
• Maintains employee morale, sets expectations, and provides coaching and development.
