The role requires hands-on ownership of P&L, fleet operations, safety, and compliance, with a bias for action and a founder's mindset. Travel between LA, SF, and SD is expected, with strong leadership and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operations management across multi-market environments.
• Experience managing managers and scaling teams.
• Proven ability to drive regional growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own regional performance from daily operations to P&L.
• Hire, lead, and develop Market Managers across the West.
• Oversee new market launches and cross-regional initiatives.
• Monitor regional KPIs and drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and driver/supply programs.
