Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, marketplace operations, logistics, or similar analytically rigorous environments.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-market operations with cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to diagnose problems and drive improvements.
• Experience building scalable processes, dashboards, and technology-enabled workflows.
• BA/BS degree and willingness to travel between markets.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Regional GM to drive operating and financial performance and set market targets.
• Own regional cadence: KPI scorecards, reviews, forecasting, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and automated workflows for real-time visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks and build repeatable playbooks and SOPs for deployment region-wide.
• Lead cross-market initiatives to improve productivity, utilization, safety, and driver experience.
• Collaborate with Market Managers on workforce planning and fleet capacity initiatives.
