Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Regional Manager for Regional Echocardiography Liaisons to lead a high-performing team across a designated US region. You will coach RELs, partner with Medical Affairs and Commercial, and drive scientifically accurate disease state education.

The role requires deep expertise in echocardiography and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, plus 5+ years as a cardiac sonographer and 2+ years in leadership, with heavy travel (50–70%).

Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS credential required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years as a cardiac sonographer.
• Minimum 2 years in pharma/medical device industry or 2 years in people management.
• Willingness to travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of RELs within a designated geographic region.
• Execute field medical strategy and monitor performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Medical Information, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant medical education.
• Ensure accurate documentation of field medical activities and insights.
