Job summary

Atria Health Institute in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced echocardiography lead to advance our West Coast expansion. You will perform advanced diagnostic echocardiograms, enforce care protocols, and oversee QA, training, and site accreditation to support a high-volume cardiology service.

You must hold RDCS, bring 5+ years of cardiac experience, and excel in cross-functional collaboration with physicians, nurses, and technologists to deliver precise imaging and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Active RDCS certification (ARDMS or RCS).
• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular imaging program.
• 5+ years of clinical cardiac experience; leadership preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred.
• Maintain CMEs to keep credentials active.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D/3D echocardiograms, including Stress Echo and TEE.
• Enforce specialized cardiac ultrasound protocols per Medical Director; ensure ICAEL standards.
• Conduct on-the-floor QA and review images before cardiologist interpretation.
• Lead data collection and documentation for IAC site renewals and inspections.
• Serve as primary preceptor for staff echo techs; conduct competency assessments.
• Coordinate daily cardiac schedule to optimize throughput and reduce patient wait times.
