Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of Regional Echocardiography Liaisons in the United States. You will execute field medical strategy, coach RELs, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other functions to deliver scientifically accurate education.

The role requires RDCS or RCS, 5+ years as a cardiac sonographer, and 2+ years in pharma/medical device or people management. Expect 50–70% travel and a field-based work model.

Qualifications

• RDCS or RCS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years as a cardiac sonographer.
• Minimum 2 years in pharma/medical device or 2 years people management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing REL team.
• Perform field rides and coaching to support development.
• Create individual development plans with feedback.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial and other teams.
• Ensure compliant field medical activities and documentation.
