You will lead governance meetings, communicate priorities to senior stakeholders, and represent MSIG USA at industry events, reinforcing the company’s market position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of success.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and executives.
• Skilled at influencing brokers, clients, peers, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional distribution strategy to drive profitable growth in the West Region.
• Develop and manage relationships with retail brokers, wholesalers, and strategic distribution partners.
• Lead governance and business review meetings with priority partners.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and senior leadership to align priorities.
• Represent MSIG USA at industry events and client meetings.
