Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Agency Executive to drive broker relationships and growth across the West Region, focusing on Middle Market and Mid-Sized Construction. You will partner with Regional Distribution and Underwriting to grow the renewal book, unlock cross-sell opportunities, and win new business with a best-in-class broker experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in insurance and underwriting.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work with internal and external partners and build trusted relationships.
Deep understanding of P&C and specialty products with sales experience.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture broker/agency relationships to drive profitable growth across Middle Markets and West region.
Articulate underwriting appetite and strategy to agents and brokers.
Partner with segment leaders to craft growth plans for new business, rate and retention.
Lead cross-sell initiatives across GRS segments and expand regional opportunities.
Co-create strategic business plans with agents, brokers and leadership to drive growth.
