Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services from our San Jose, CA office. You will act as the client/Company liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.

Your responsibilities include initiating projects, assigning resources, maintaining financial data, and leading project meetings, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or MS/MA in engineering or architecture.
• PMP and/or PE certification preferred.
• 6–10 years of engineering experience and 3–5 years project management experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (any in US).
• Ability to work in the US and meet worksite security requirements (background checks).
• Ability to meet US security requirements including MA State Police and USCBP/TSA background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services for projects with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Prepares project initiation documents including scope, outline, budget and schedule.
• Assigns team members by coordinating with Corporate Discipline Leads.
• Ensures procedures align with Company standards.
• Acts as client/Company liaison and represents the Company at project meetings.
• Completes field surveys/inspections or assigns appropriate staff.
• Maintains project financial database and prepares high-quality reports.
• Communicates project changes and/or variation information to stakeholders.
