Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, INC. is seeking a Regional Business Development Leader to expand service offerings across the Southeast region, including TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, FL. You will lead business development, strategic planning, client relations, and delivery oversight in collaboration with PMO and practice leads.

The role requires deep A/E/C industry experience and a proven track record in sales leadership. This position emphasizes growth, pipeline expansion, and maintaining high client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• PE licensure is preferred but not required.
• 12+ years in business development and marketing with 5+ years in management.
• Experience in A/E/C industry mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development and market growth in the Southeast.
• Develop and execute regional strategic business plans and client programs.
• Manage client accounts, relationships, and pipeline of opportunities.
• Coordinate with PMO and practice leads to ensure project delivery and quality.
• Represent Arora externally and build partner networks.
