Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workplace strategy or corporate real estate.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from discovery to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build senior client relationships to connect workplace strategy to business outcomes.
• Lead engagements in human experience objectives, utilization studies, and occupancy modeling.
• Design and facilitate workshops for clients across the Bay Area.
