BIC World is seeking a Regional Manager for the West Region in Office Products. This remote role requires leading strategic growth, managing key distributor relationships, and driving revenue in a dynamic B2B environment.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Leadership to execute customer programs, negotiate terms, and optimize channel performance. Travel ~40% to customer sites and events is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 7–9 years in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial leadership.
• Strong analytical, financial and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue goals and distribution objectives within the West Region for Office Products.
• Own regional B2B relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and end users.
• Lead broker teams to execute brand priorities and market penetration.
• Develop strategies for growth through bids, pricing, promotions, and new business.
