The role requires 3+ years of leadership in a clinical lab, MLS/MT certification, and strong capabilities in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and team development. Travel may be required.

Formación

• MLS/MT certification or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a clinical lab.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead operations and staffing efficiently.
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with pathologists and leadership to align lab services with enterprise goals.
• Direct and oversee efficient laboratory operations and serve as liaison to lab leadership.
• Maintain competency across test systems and serve as SME for area of responsibility.
• Identify, develop, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and accrediting bodies and monitor readiness.
• Coach, develop, and manage staff; set expectations and drive performance.
