Job summary

Tourmaline Enterprises is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate (Industrial Inkjet Printing) for the Western U.S. territory. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

You will travel within the West region, conduct product demonstrations, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to production environments. Strong relationships with end users and a proven track record in industrial sales are

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial coding/packaging sectors preferred.
• Located in Western US and willing to travel 50%+ within territory West.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with end users.
• Grow existing accounts, upsell and develop repeat business.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and trials of industrial coding equipment.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet revenue and margin targets.
