Job summary

Partners for Justice (PFJ) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee West Region partnerships, starting with Los Angeles County. You’ll recruit and train Client Advocates, support on-site supervisors, and build networks with legal aid and community partners.

PFJ offers remote work with flexible hours, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have a JD or MSW and at least two years serving low-income clients, plus experience mentoring teams in a public defense or legal aid

Qualifications

• Must be a California resident or willing to relocate; Los Angeles County residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program management across PFJ West Region and partner offices, meeting program objectives.
• Provide technical assistance to West Region offices and build relationships with Advocate supervisors.
• Coach Advocates, supervise performance and deliver trainings.
• Develop partnerships with legal aid providers and community organizations.
• Raise community awareness and understand local dynamics affecting clients.
• Contribute to PFJ’s national resources and training events.
