Job summary

Equal Justice Works seeks a Network Manager for the West Coast to lead regional engagement with sponsors, law schools, host organizations, and alumni. The role focuses on sustaining and growing sponsorships, managing fellowship sponsor relations, and coordinating with partner schools to expand impact.

As a full-time, remote position, you will collaborate with EJW programs, development, and legal partners to advance public service and equal justice nationwide.

Qualifications

• JD and legal work experience required.
• Five years of related progressively complex professional experience, fundraising experience, and/or relationship management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the public interest law sector and social justice familiarity.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently while working in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to EJW's mission, DEI principles, and program goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with West Coast sponsors, host organizations, law schools and alumni.
• Sustain and grow the fundraising portfolio and constituent relationships on the West Coast.
• Manage Fellow sponsorships, sponsor presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with Development Unit to solicit multi-year sponsorships and gifts.
