Job summary

The Westside Justice Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee training, outreach, and collaboration with partner organizations, advancing access to justice in our communities.

In this mission-driven role, you will support subrecipients, coordinate meetings, collect data for reporting, and help develop toolkits and resources. This position is on-site and offers a collaborative work environment with a focus on social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in nonprofit or community organizations as a Program Coordinator or related role.
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and creating resources.
• Experience collaborating across organizations and with subgrantees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, outreach, and collaboration with partner organizations.
• Support subrecipients to meet program goals and provide capacity-building support.
• Coordinate and lead monthly program or regional meetings with partners.
• Gather and distribute resources for and from subgrantees.
• Collect data for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
