Reed Smith LLP seeks a Regional Business Development & Marketing Manager for the Western U.S. region. The role partners with the U.S. Director of Business Development and Marketing to drive client growth, partner engagement, and cross-regional collaboration across five California offices.

You will align local delivery with global priorities, leverage CRM and analytics, and lead regional events and campaigns to raise the California offices' profile and revenue opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing and business development experience in the legal or professional services industry.
• Experience collaborating as part of a global team.
• Ability to navigate a complex, multi-authority, multi-cultural business environment.

• Partner with California OMPs to develop, prioritize, and implement office strategic plans and market-specific BD initiatives.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and align with firm priorities.
• Monitor California market trends and advise on opportunities to strengthen the firm's market position.
• Build relationships with local business organizations and industry networks for connections and visibility.
• Coordinate regional events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and profile-raising opportunities.
• Travel for meetings and trainings as required.
