Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing and business development experience in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with California Office Managing Partners to develop office strategic plans and market initiatives.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across practices and regions.
• Monitor California market trends and advise lawyers with recommendations.
• Build relationships with business organizations, chambers of commerce, and industry networks.
• Plan regional events and sponsorship activations.
• Coordinate regional marketing activities with PR/Communications.
• Travel for meetings and trainings as required.
