Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Regional Business Development & Marketing Manager for the Western U.S. to drive client growth and partner engagement across five CA offices. This role links local delivery with firmwide priorities and collaborates with global leaders to align strategies with regional opportunities.

You will oversee events, campaigns, and cross-regional initiatives, travelling as needed to advance growth and visibility in key markets.

Formación

• Ability to develop and execute business development and marketing strategies that drive growth across practices, industries, and regions.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, including Office Managing Partners and Practice and Industry Group leaders.
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle and translating priorities into client-centric initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with California OMPs to develop, prioritize, and implement office strategic plans and market initiatives.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with BD colleagues on programs and campaigns.
• Plan regional events, webinars, and sponsorships to raise firm visibility and drive client engagement.
• Coordinate regional marketing activities with PR/Communications and BD teams across offices.
