Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in professional services marketing and/or business development (law firm experience strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting events, sponsorships, client communications, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support local and regional business development initiatives for assigned offices and markets.
• Partner with office leadership and attorneys to identify and execute opportunities to grow client relationships and expand market presence.
• Assist with client targeting, tracking, and follow‑up for local and regional business development efforts.
• Support pitch, proposal, and client team initiatives for regional opportunities.
• Work closely with firmwide BD & Marketing teams to implement firmwide initiatives locally and regionally.
• Serve as a regional point of contact for firmwide campaigns, programs, and client development efforts.
