Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Customer Executive for the Away From Home Foodservice business in the West market, covering about fourteen states. You will drive foodservice bakery product sales through broadline distributors and operators, while building knowledge of key customers and brokers.

This role requires up to 75% travel, strong sales budget management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Excel. Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ foodservice sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or Marketing or Sales.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with foodservice sales, broker network or distributor sales.
• Travel required up to 75%. Strong sales budget Management and financial awareness.
• Experience with major distributors and operators (e.g., US Foods, Sysco, GFS, UniPro, Legacy, K12, C&U, CMC, Independents) and ability to grow the foodservice bakery business.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales budget by selling foodservice bakery products into broadline distributors and operators.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of key customers, competitors, and brokers in the Region.
• Daily management and development of the broker network.
• Manage and lead new bread line project for the West region and new segments.
• Exceed sales targets and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Attend food shows, conduct broker training, product cuts and business reviews.
