Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience.
• Hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to travel 100% throughout the assigned territory.
• Read and understand technical documentation, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission laser cutting machines, press brakes, and automation systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, repairs, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and automation issues.
• Identify root causes and determine effective corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on training to customers and end users on operation and maintenance.
