Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners recruiting for a Field Service Technician. The role involves traveling to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and repairs, with 90–100% travel and a requirement to live within 50 miles of a major airport.

The technician will support sales, install new equipment, document service, and maintain safety standards while demonstrating software capabilities. Extensive travel and time tracking are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel 90-100% and work across multiple customer sites
• Must live within 50 miles of a major airport

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales staff in servicing company equipment
• Installing new equipment at customer sites
• Providing solutions for service of equipment for customers at the customer site
• Documenting all service performed and future service needs
• Maintaining customer service and satisfaction
• Demonstrating company software capabilities to customers
• Preparing timesheets, service reports and installation forms promptly
• Tracking expenses and submitting expense reports timely
• Maintaining OSHA/MIOSHA compliant safe work environment
• Communicating with other departments as necessary
• Overtime as required by workload
• Other duties as assigned by management
