Job summary

ALL4 seeks a Consultant to join our Western Region team, collaborating with Project Managers to build teams and own the technical aspects of projects. You will ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and client-ready deliverables while developing your regulatory knowledge.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate reviews with PMs, and help drive project milestones and client engagement across multiple regulated environmental services, including air quality and multimedia projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or environmental/science degree and 2–4 years of environmental regulatory or consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, regulatory, and technical knowledge relevant to environmental projects.
• Excellent communication, writing, and document production skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Execute technical aspects to produce client-ready deliverables for PM review.
• Coordinate project progression through development and quality processes to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior staff and delegate technical tasks while ensuring regulatory and technical accuracy.
• Coordinate deliverable reviews with PMs and communicate timelines clearly to the team.
• Develop project management, team-building, client relationships, and revenue awareness.
• Meet billable hour and utilization goals.
