Job summary

ALL4 is seeking a Managing Consultant to pilot remediation and environmental projects, lead teams, and grow client relationships. The role emphasizes strategic project management, strict adherence to quality and safety, and collaboration with a broad range of environmental disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in environmental consulting, strong communication, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects across industries. Hybrid work from the Bellingham, WA area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering or environmental/science degree and min 5 years environmental consulting experience.
• Working knowledge of remediation and environmental media topics.
• Established relationships with regulatory agencies / industry professionals.
• Commitment to excellence and ALL4 core values; openness to change and growth.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive prioritization.
• Ability to develop, lead and enroll strong teams with diverse skills.
• Effective problem resolution and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute project tasks including proposals, budgets and resources.
• Prepare and execute high-level technical and consulting work and lead others.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones and financial objectives.
• Communicate project information effectively to the team.
• Cultivate and expand business with existing clients.
• Manage annual client revenues as determined with leadership.
• Maintain client engagement through outreach and relationship building.
• Ensure project profitability and utilization targets are met.
• Review invoices and ensure proper project documentation.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and interpret regulations.
• Implement project procedures to ensure quality and contractual compliance.
• Oversee health and safety planning for fieldwork.
• Hold regular project team status meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and model ALL4 values.
