ALL4 seeks a Consultant to join our Western Region team, collaborating with Project Managers to build teams and own the technical aspects of projects. You will ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and client-ready deliverables while developing your regulatory knowledge.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate reviews with PMs, and help drive project milestones and client engagement across multiple regulated environmental services, including air quality and multimedia projects.

Qualifications

ALL4 is seeking a Consultant to join our team to support the Western Region. An ALL4 Consultant is responsible for working internally with Project Managers to build teams and own the technical aspects of a project to ensure technical accuracy and overall technical quality of project deliverables. They are self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individuals who are interested in developing their technical and regulatory knowledge base to enable the efficient completion of air quality and multimedia projects. This individual will have the opportunity to help manage challenging environmental work, create their own professional path, and make a tangible contribution to a growing, employee-centric, forward-facing company. Our teams work closely with clients in a strategic partnership supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. This individual will join a team of environmental professionals that are well-versed in complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects, and who are committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners. This role can work at one of ALL4's offices in the Western Region (Rancho Cucamonga, CA, San Juan Capistrano, CA, or Bellingham, WA). Remote candidates will also be considered.

Requirements
  • Execute the technical aspects of projects to produce client-ready deliverables for project manager (PM) review.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and progression of a project through ALL4’s development and quality process; monitor technical project aspects to achieve project milestones.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills combined with the ability to delegate effectively; responsible for routinely delegating technical tasks to junior staff and supporting the completion of individual project tasks that ensure regulatory and technical correctness before providing a deliverable to the PM.
  • Mentor junior technical staff and exhibit ALL4’s core values in all transactions, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the review of project deliverables with PMs and ensure project compliance with ALL4’s quality assurance procedures. Effectively and proactively communicate technical information and timelines to the team.
  • Gain hands‑on learning to strengthen technical expertise on subjects impacting clients and technical and regulatory knowledge.
  • Prioritize client engagement through routine and repeating outreach, in-person connection, and intentional sharing of ALL4 services and capabilities.
  • Develop and enhance project management skills, team‑building abilities, client relationships, and revenue management and generation through observation and hands‑on experiences.
  • Meet billable hour and utilization goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree and collective experiences equivalent to a minimum of 2–4 years of environmental regulatory, compliance, or other environmental consulting or industry experience.
  • Familiarity with technical subjects impacting our clients; knowledgeable in environmental regulatory and/or technical disciplines.

  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
