  • Efficiently provide accurate technical calculations, effective written communication, and utilize spreadsheets and databases for project deliverables.
  • Prepare technical reports in support of environmental permits.
  • Analyze and translate data for modeling support.
  • Provide direct project support to colleagues of varying career levels.
  • Meet billable hour and utilization targets (~95%).
  • Interact with client and regulatory contacts.
  • Prioritize client engagement through routine outreach and sharing of ALL4 services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

ALL4 is seeking a Project Consultant to support our Philadelphia Regional Office in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will be responsible for developing their technical and regulatory knowledge base to enable the efficient completion of environmental projects. The Project Consultant acts as the secondary technical resource in direct support to colleagues of varying career levels. This role will encompass a variety of tasks in broad-spectrum areas of environmental health and safety. This individual will join a team of environmental professionals that are well‑versed in complex air-quality permitting and compliance, other multimedia environmental expertise, and who are committed to furthering our mission of being a nationally recognized consulting company shaping environmental responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners.
