Job summary

ALL4 is seeking a Directing Consultant to drive growth and manage major client relationships in environmental services. The role combines business development, project leadership, and technical oversight to meet profitability and client-satisfaction targets.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in environmental permitting and consulting, with proven sales experience and strong leadership to guide teams and complex engagements. Hybrid work is preferred, with remote options possible.

Qualifications

• Engineering or environmental/science degree plus >10 years in environmental permitting and compliance consulting or industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of environmental regulatory/technical disciplines.
• Proven sales success with CRM experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive new business in alignment with ALL4 core values.
• Manage significant client revenues and cultivate a >$2MM annual portfolio.
• Oversee project lifecycle from sale to transition with profitability targets.
• Develop proposals, manage scope, budget, and schedule to contract requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff; coordinate staff as needed.
