• Proficiency with real estate software, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and implement annual budgets and capital plans; analyze financials.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement tenant satisfaction programs and meet with tenants regularly.
