Related Ross is seeking a General Manager for the Phillips Point Class A office in West Palm Beach. The GM will oversee property operations, financial performance, reporting, and tenant relationships.

The role requires directing owner/tenant expectations, managing staff and vendors, and applying best practices for the asset. You will lead cross-functional teams across accounting, maintenance, security, and leasing, drive annual budgets, and manage capital projects to enhance property value while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management ideally for Class A assets.
• Experience managing Class A commercial assets or hospitality background is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to drive strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team to deliver Class A+ operational management services.
• Manage tenant relations and oversee all aspects of property operations, including accounting and vendor performance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, analyze financial statements, and reforecast revenue and expenses.
• Coordinate large capital projects with Asset Manager and Engineering leads to maintain asset value.
• Ensure compliance with leases, laws, and safety regulations; maintain thorough records and reporting.
