Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Regional Head of Enterprise Sales for healthcare providers across the Western United States, based in Denver, CO.

You will lead a team of enterprise Account Executives, define the regional go-to-market strategy, and own revenue attainment while coaching teams through complex multi-stakeholder deals. You will cultivate executive relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and COOs, translating health system priorities into AWS solutions that drive measurable

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $10M+ annual revenue targets in complex enterprise sales.
• Experience managing full sales cycles—from pipeline to close—with $1M+ deals.
• Executive-level relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs at large organizations.
• Strong discipline in pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of enterprise Account Executives.
• Set regional go-to-market strategy and prioritize opportunities across health systems.
• Own West region revenue, forecasts, and pipeline discipline.
• Build healthcare executive relationships with CIOs/CMIOs/CFOs/COOs.
• Coach on multi-year, multi-service deals with complex stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver healthcare solutions.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and leadership bench.
• Represent AWS in healthcare ecosystem events and thought leadership.
• Travel up to 50% across the West region.
