Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - West Division to lead division marketing strategy and activation across field, regional, and loyalty programs. You will drive product launches, adoption, and dealer growth in collaboration with Sales, the CMO, and regional leaders.

The role requires 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B/B2B2C, strong leadership, and expertise in loyalty, demand generation, and GTM planning. Travel up to 75% and a focus on regional market growth are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in B2B, B2B2C, channel, dealer, distribution, field marketing, customer marketing, or commercial marketing.
• 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience, with dispersed or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in two-step distribution, dealer networks, franchise models, or related ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market plans, product launches, growth campaigns, and retention strategies.
• Experience partnering with Sales to align marketing with revenue, adoption, and customer growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division marketing strategy and execution with senior leadership.
• Own localized go-to-market plans to accelerate product launches, adoption, and loyalty.
• Coordinate Dealers, Retailers, and Distributors marketing programs to grow partner businesses and Pentair’s brand.
• Lead Regional Marketing and Loyalty teams to drive accountability and commercial impact.
• Partner with Sales leaders to identify growth opportunities and execute customer-focused growth plays.
• Manage regional demand generation, events, co-op marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.
