Pentair plc in the United States is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the West Division to drive field, regional, and loyalty marketing activations with dealers and distributors. You will own the division marketing plan, coordinate with Sales leadership, and lead teams to accelerate product launches, adoption, and customer growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B, B2B2C, channel, dealer, distribution, or field marketing.
• 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience leading dispersed, cross-functional, or field-based teams.
• Experience in two-step distribution, dealer networks, and related ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, and marketing automation required.

• Lead the Division marketing strategy and execution in partnership with the CMO, Division Leader, and Sales leadership.
• Own localized go-to-market plans that accelerate product launches, adoption, and dealer retention.
• Serve as an extension of Dealers, Retailers, and Distributors’ marketing programs.
• Lead regional Marketing and Loyalty Marketing teams and measure ROI across campaigns and events.
• Own regional demand generation, dealer activation, events, co-op marketing, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Act as the connection between field and Marketing Centers of Excellence while ensuring brand consistency.
