Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the West Division to drive pool marketing activation across field, regional and loyalty programs. You will align with the CMO and Division Leader, manage budget and programs, and accelerate product adoption and dealer growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape localized demand generation, and measure ROI across campaigns, events, and dealer activation. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in B2B/B2B2C, channel, dealer, distribution, field marketing, customer marketing or commercial marketing roles.
• 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience, with ability to lead dispersed cross-functional teams.
• Experience in two-step distribution, dealer networks, franchise models, contractor channels, or adjacent B2B2C ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division marketing strategy and execution to drive profitable growth, market share, and customer engagement.
• Own localized go-to-market plans that accelerate product launches and dealer/customer growth.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to identify growth opportunities and execute customer-focused growth plays.
• Lead Regional Marketing and Loyalty Marketing teams and manage budgets, events, and co-op programs.
