Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the West Division within Pool marketing to lead field, regional, and loyalty marketing activation. You will shape division strategy, drive product launches, and coordinate with dealers, distributors, sales teams, and regional partners to deliver growth and brand impact.

The role requires deep B2B2C channel experience, strong leadership, and the ability to measure ROI across campaigns, events, and activation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• MBA preferred for seniority and strategic scope.
• 10+ years in progressive marketing roles, preferably in B2B/B2B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Division marketing strategy and execution with CMO and Sales leadership to drive growth.
• Own localized go-to-market plans that accelerate launches, adoption, and loyalty.
• Partner with Dealers, Retailers and Distributors to grow their businesses and Pentair’s brand.
