Pentair plc is seeking a Division Senior Marketing Manager for the West Division to lead field, regional, and loyalty marketing activation supporting dealer networks and distributors.

You will own the division marketing plan, drive product launches, adoption, and revenue growth, and collaborate with Sales and Centers of Excellence to deliver localized, high-impact programs. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B/B2B2C channels and field marketing.
• 3–5+ years of leadership leading dispersed cross-functional teams.
• Experience with two-step distribution, dealer networks, and channel marketing.
• Proven go-to-market, product launch, and growth campaign experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Budget management, agencies, events, and MDF-like programs.
• Strong proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead Division marketing strategy and execution with CMO, Division Leader, and Sales leadership.
• Own localized go-to-market plans for product launches, adoption, and loyalty.
• Coordinate with Dealers, Retailers, and Distributors marketing programs to grow their business and Pentair’s brand.
• Develop Regional Marketing and Loyalty teams; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Identify growth opportunities with Division and Regional Sales leaders; prioritize investments.
• Oversee regional demand gen, events, co-op, merchandising, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency while delivering localized solutions.
• Champion customer and dealer experience using loyalty programs and training.
