Job summary

Cassling is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the Trusted Advisor for its Western Colorado territory. You will represent Cassling and its Siemens imaging portfolio to hospitals and imaging centers, driving consultative sales and multi-year strategic deals.

The role requires extensive travel (60–75%), strong leadership, and the ability to develop deep customer partnerships while meeting quotas and delivering solutions that improve patient care and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience with complex bundled deals.
• Prior healthcare sales experience preferred, medical capital equipment is a plus.
• Strong listening and communication skills; executive-level negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Advisor for Siemens Healthineers capital imaging equipment and digital solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas to grow market share in the territory.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships through excellent service.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Installation, Education, Service, Marketing and other Sales staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand client workflows and business models to provide total solutions.
