Job summary

Cassling is seeking an Account Executive to drive Siemens imaging system sales across an assigned territory in the Salt Lake City area. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand customer workflows, and deliver total solutions to healthcare providers.

You will travel 60–75% of the time, build strong relationships, meet sales quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or relevant field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience involving complex bundled deals.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales.
• Medical capital equipment experience is a huge plus.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Advisor for Siemens Healthineers capital imaging equipment and digital solutions for healthcare providers.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas to increase market share within the territory.
• Develop, build and strengthen customer relationships through excellent customer service.
• Implement sales strategies with different customers at appropriate times.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Installation, Education, Service, Marketing and other Sales personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Understand customer workflows and business model to provide solutions as Trusted Advisor and partner.
• Develop and present a quarterly territory sales plan with forecasts and targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and Cassling product portfolio through training and events.
• Travel extensively (60–75%) to cover territory.
• Work beyond 40 hours with irregular hours to meet goals.
