BP is seeking a Truck Logistics Coordinator for the West Coast, based in Blaine, WA, with hybrid office/remote work. You will manage light oil deliveries, coordinate carriers and scheduling, and support safe, reliable product distribution for ~500 retail sites.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics, using tools like Midstream Logistics Hub and Telapoint, while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply, logistics or procurement fields.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to use Excel and analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage supply reliability for BP's West Coast retail network and associated fuel deliveries.
• Coordinate carrier activities with internal customers and 3PL partners.
• Communicate planned/unplanned supply availability to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect operations and improvements.
• Collaborate with Retail, Supply, Sales and Trading & Shipping teams to optimize logistics.
