Job summary

BP is seeking a Truck Logistics Coordinator to manage the delivery planning and scheduling of light oil and related products to retail and commercial customers on the West Coast. You will coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and 3PL partners to ensure reliable service and optimize supply chains.

Based at BP's Cherry Point/Blaine, WA facilities, you will report to the Truck Logistics Manager and work with the Scheduling Team to drive safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Demonstrated record of delivering value via decision making, performance improvement, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to use Excel and other analytical tools.
• Ability to work in multiple systems with attention to detail.
• Experience in supply, logistics or procurement fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply reliability for ~500 retail sites and related deliveries on the West Coast.
• Support safe, reliable and efficient product delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers, internal customers and 3PL for logistics operations.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling of light oil and related products to retail/commercial customers via third-party carriers.
• Act as primary contact for planned/unplanned supply communications with internal and external partners.
