Job summary

BP Supply Inc. is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring drivers work safely and professionally, and coordinating accurate and timely deliveries.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, support warehouse teams, and uphold BP Supply’s service standards while documenting deliveries and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Regular hours are typically 7 AM to 5 PM with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, inventory management, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliveries, schedules, and inventory records.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds as part of inventory and warehouse support duties.
• Ability to identify, address, and resolve delivery, scheduling, and inventory challenges effectively.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to support operational needs as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate driver performance to ensure safety, service, and company standards.
• Schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
• Oversee parts and materials related to deliveries, coordinating with warehouse team.
• Ensure BP Supply’s customer service standards and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, track order completion, note delays or exceptions, and capture customer feedback.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations to improve efficiency and a strong team environment.
