Job summary

Centinel Spine, LLC is seeking a Clinical Accounts Manager to cover the West region, including the San Diego area. This field-based role partners with surgeons, distributors, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure excellent clinical outcomes with our prodisc technology.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years OR experience in sales or a clinical setting, a Bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of AdvaMed and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years operating room experience in sales or clinical role.
• Knowledge of AdvaMed and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align with Regional Managers on arthroplasty targets within territory.
• Provide clinical support to surgeons and distributors for optimal outcomes.
• Identify and manage training needs for clinicians, OR staff, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing to execute Centinel strategies.
• Develop training curricula with marketing and sales teams to advance technology knowledge.
• Educate clinicians, sales teams, and distributors on regulatory compliance and product specifications.
• Coordinate with Market Development and Regional Sales Managers to strengthen surgeon relationships.
• Ensure clear communication across operations and marketing teams.
• Support corporate objectives and identify strategic opportunities with management.
