Job summary

Centinel Spine, LLC in the Midwest is seeking a Clinical Accounts Manager to support surgeons and distributors across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. This field-based role requires coordinating cross-functional strategies to exceed growth goals and reports to the Senior Clinical Accounts Manager.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of operating room sales or clinical experience, strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, and the ability to train clinicians and OR staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of operating room sales or clinical experience, preferably spine.
• Knowledge of AdvaMed and healthcare regulatory guidelines.
• Strong relationship-building with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Align with regional managers on arthroplasty targets and clinical engagements.
• Provide clinical support to surgeons and distributors to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Identify training needs for customers, OR staff and sales teams.
• Collaborate with product marketing to execute market strategies.
• Develop training curricula to enhance technology knowledge and awareness.
• Educate clinicians, sales teams, and distributors on regulatory compliance and product specs.
• Coordinate with Field Market Development and Marketing to maintain surgeon relationships.
• Ensure clear communication with operations and other departments.
• Support corporate objectives and opportunities with management and surgeon advisors.
