Job summary

Centinel Spine, LLC is seeking a Clinical Accounts Manager for the Upper Plains region (WI, MN, ND, SD). This field-based role requires up to 75% travel and reports to the Senior Clinical Accounts Manager.

The position offers a base salary of $135,000 with additional quarterly and year-end bonus incentives, plus comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of OR experience, strong regulatory knowledge, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Operating Room experience in sales or clinical role, preferably spine.
• Knowledge of AdvaMed and federal guidelines related to healthcare or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated relationship building between healthcare professionals, Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Reimbursement, Clinical Operations and Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Align with Regional Managers on arthroplasty targets within territory for clinical meetings.
• Provide clinical support to new arthroplasty users to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Identify and manage training needs for key customers, OR staff and sales teams.
• Coordinate with product marketing to execute strategies for Centinel products.
• Develop training curricula with marketing and training teams to advance technology knowledge.
• Educate clinicians, sales teams and distributors on regulatory compliance and product purposes.
• Collaborate with Market Development Managers and Marketing to strengthen surgeon relationships and utilization.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to ensure clear communication across departments.
• Support management and surgeons to execute corporate objectives and identify strategic opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
