Job summary

Symplicity, a market-leading employability solutions company in Utah, is seeking an Account Executive to grow the Outcomes and CSM product lines. You will manage territory plans, run a consultative sales process, and close new logos while expanding existing accounts.

The role requires 3–5+ years in software/SaaS sales, a track record of meeting quotas, and the ability to articulate ROI through outcomes data. Expect up to 50% travel and a home-office/field sales setup in the Utah region.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of software/SaaS sales experience in the employability space or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Ability to translate client needs into a data-driven value story and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory plan and sales call strategy to grow new and existing business.
• Proactively position outcomes data as a solution from compliance reporting to program ROI.
• Drive full sales cycle from qualification to close and expand logos.
