Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial responsibility
• 10+ years of middle market and larger casualty underwriting experience
• Strong relationships with the agency and brokerage community across the West Coast
• Desire to lead and grow an organization

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of underwriters and underwriting supervisors to grow the Western market
• Build relationships with current and new retail brokerage contacts
• Grow a book of commercial casualty business
