Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast to drive regional growth among municipalities and engineers. The role recruits and coaches a network of manufacturer’s representatives, coordinates with inside sales, and influences project specifications.

You will own regional strategy, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and travel extensively to win opportunities with utilities and contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in sales or technical sales within municipal water/wastewater.
• Experience with manufacturers’ representative firms preferred.
• Proven ability to influence specifications and win projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional sales strategy to meet revenue, market share, and margin targets.
• Coach and develop a network of representative firms; track performance.
• Engage engineers, municipalities, and utilities to influence specs and opportunities.
• Collaborate on quotations aligned with pricing strategy and margins.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity management in Salesforce.
