Based on the West Coast and overseeing oral surgery practices throughout the Western region, you’ll play a key role in elevating both patient care and operational success.

• Inspire and lead local practice teams to deliver top-tier care and patient experience

• Track record of success in growing teams and driving operational results

• Strong financial skills: budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management

• Excellent communicator and team builder

• A strategic thinker who can balance daily execution with long-term goals

• Must be based on the West Coast and able to travel within the region
