Description

At IBVI, we have a mission of creating employment opportunities for the blind and visually impaired. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of BSC Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of BSC Operations, you will manage the daily operational activities of our BSCs, lead ERP/POS training, troubleshoot issues, and support Store Managers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

A Typical Day: Your day will involve administrative tasks, generating reports, assisting BSCs with operational issues, conducting regular touch base calls, leading conference calls, participating in leadership meetings, overseeing daily sales reporting, and implementing best practices across all BSCs.

Key Duties:

  • Implement best practices to improve operations and efficiencies at each BSC.
  • Troubleshoot general BSC operational issues.
  • Oversee BSC reporting metrics for AbilityOne sales and stocked percentages, and conduct best practice audits.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two-year degree and 5 years of retail experience; or high school Diploma/GED and 7 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in government sales, marketing, or retail is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of the AbilityOne BSC program.
